DIFFICULT SUDOKU PUZZLES PRINT AND SOLVE

Sudoku-solving is a methodical process of elimination. You determine all the numbers that don’t fit into an individual cell, until you  discover  the only one that does. Then you repeat the process for all the other blank cells until the puzzle is solved.

You will soon realise that difficult puzzles aren’t necessarily  harder to solve.... they are just a more time-consuming exercise. Remember that  ' A Sudoku a day keeps Alzheimer away'   - several reports state that solving Sudoku regularly exercises the mind and helps to fight Alzheimer's disease.

PRINT AND SOLVE - DIFFICULT SUDOKU PUZZLE

Sudoku (数独)   is a logic-based, combinatoria  number-placement puzzle. The aim is to fill a 9×9 grid with digits so that each column, each row and each of the nine 3×3 sub-grids that compose the grid (also called "boxes", "blocks", etc) contains all of the digits from 1 to 9. The puzzle-setter provides a partially completed grid (as seen above), which typically has a unique solution.

Don't worry if only part of the image shows here - just click on the image of the puzzle and it will open full-size, then you can print it...

The puzzle below is an extra hard killer sudoku - Fill the grid using the numbers 1 to 9. Each number must appear just once in every row, column and 3x3 box. The digits within the cells joined by grey lines add up to the printed top left-hand figure. Numbers within the grey line boundaries cannot be repeated. Good luck!
